So much to say...

Zack is really talking a lot these days, expressing a wide variety of ideas and emotions. Some recent examples:
  • Yesterday in the snow "Mommy, snow in Zack's eye!!!"
  • At dinner, holding a piece of bow-tie pasta up against the side of his sippy cup "Look, flag on-a cup!"
  • Empathizing with the Man with the Yellow Hat, "Come on in the helicopter, George!" (His longest sentece to date, and a handy phrase at that)
  • He's also starting to get that there are words in sentences other than nouns and verbs, so he just fills in with "on-a", like today at the grocery store, around noon: "Mommy, Zack on-a car on-a home on-a lunch".
We're having a lot of fun, even if it means watching a lot of Teletubbies and trying to figure out which book he's always quoting. All of his cultural references are in books in our living room, but there are a lot of them and he comes up with these quotes that aren't always very literal, so it's become a game to figure them out. He also seems to learn all of the titles and refers to them like "All Done Dim Sum for Everyone" and "More Eat Your Peas"! Hmm, are all of the books about food?
